It’s a beautiful sunny summer day,
I won’t let my mind waste it away.
Though it pulls me towards the future and past,
In the Present moment I will stay steadfast.
In the Present many gifts you’ll find,
If you can keep control of your wondering mind.
In the Present is where you will always find,
Peace of Soul, Spirit and mind.
