37. A Beautiful Day

Thank you for this beautiful day,
As my feet walk upon the ground,
The wind catches the falling leaves,
Blowing them all around.

The birds they sing the chipmunks chirp,
Preparing for the coming snow,
Busy all about the grounds,
Running to and fro.

How grateful I am for the warmth and sun,
As I look up in the sky,
That I have been granted gifts today,
That treat my body, mind and eye.

So don’t let treasures pass you by,
As you go about your day,
Pause for moments truly Divine,
That will surely brighten up your way.
