I wish I were invisible,
It would give me a place to hide,
Then no one would ever have to know,
How bad I feel inside.
I wish I were invisible,
Then no one would have to see,
All the pain and ugliness,
That lives inside of me
I wish I were invisible,
Then I could disappear,
Every time this illness,
Grips me with pain and fear.
I wish I were invisible,
So I could go away,
I wouldn’t have to reappear,
Until another day.
