I thank you for this lovely day,
When all my troubles feel so far away.
You protect me when the day feels long,
Reminding me that I am so strong.

I’m never alone each day I walk,
As I keep low the chatter of ego talk.
If fight or flight should come to call,
You’ll be there to brace my fall.
