Dedication

I dedicate this book with love and gratitude to my
Physical Therapist Regina Hagstrand.
Through the techniques of Myofacial Release,
her healing hands and open soul carved out a life for me
when the pain of Fibromyalgia had beaten down
the strength of my body, the will of my mind
and the hope of my spirit.
She truly is the embodiment of strength and hope
and it emanates around her with a golden glow.
She is a treasured gift from a higher place
to the earth upon which she so faithfully serves.

From deep within my core I humbly thank her for teaching me that to heal one must first truly feel.
