As I am so inspired on this day,
I listen to the whisper of spring upon the boughs,
As I ease along in the rhythmic balance of my body in tune with the Universe.
I am the healing guiding providence of my encapsulated life.
Time has gifted me with time itself and to each moment I give thanks, appreciation and gratitude.
