How your loving presence fills this place.
Instantly the emptiness vanishes and the whole space is filled with you.
How I need to melt into you while you hold me,
My flesh starves for your touch, there are no need for words.
To have you close is enough for now,
Just to be alone with you fulfills my aching need.
For now you are mine to hold,
To feel you near, to breathe your breath.
I close my eyes and make a memory,
Savoring in my mind your touch, your scent.
When the door closes behind you and I am again alone,
The memory of your loving presence lingers on into the night.
