“I love you” what does it mean,
It makes me want to kick and scream.
It rolls so easily off the tongue,
It’s been told to me since I was young.
It’s just a word so very small,
Yet it means not a thing to me at all.
“I love you” is what I heard,
But it is the action that speaks louder than the word.
