Validated my needs,
And respected my whole being.

And how to stretch,
Yes and even how to scream out loud.
You channeled my energy,
Showed me how to feel,
And how to let go of the pain.
You nurtured my spirit,
Comforted my soul,
And granted my true essence permission to emerge.
